Comment passer une commande

1. visitez notre page de menu à https://wok2snack.com/our-menu/
2. • Cliquez sur “ajouter au panier”, visible sur l’image de chaque plat, pour ajouter rapidement un seul plat à votre panier.

   Ou, si vous souhaitez commander plusieurs fois le même plat :

   • Cliquez sur le nom du plat; vous serez redirigé vers la page Web du plat que vous avez sélectionné. Ici, vous pouvez sélectionner la quantité de plats. Cliquez sur “ajouter au panier” lorsque vous êtes prêt. Vous pouvez maintenant revenir à la page du menu pour ajouter d’autres plats ou vous pouvez compléter votre commande.
3. Pour finaliser votre commande, cliquez sur l’icône du panier en haut à droite de l’écran. Pour les appareils mobiles, vous pouvez également cliquer sur le bouton du panier en bas de l’écran ou il y a un lien vers “panier” dans le menu mobile. Ici vous pouvez vérifier votre commande, ajouter ou supprimer des articles et enfin vous pouvez confirmer votre commande en cliquant sur le bouton “valider la commande”.
4. Sur la dernière page, vous pouvez saisir vos données personnelles, la date et l’heure de retrait et le mode de paiement. Vous pouvez également créer un compte afin que vos données personnelles soient stockées pour de futures commandes. Lorsque ces informations sont renseignées, cliquez sur le bouton “commander”.
5. Votre commande est terminée. Vous recevrez une confirmation par email.
6. En cas de problème avec votre commande, nous vous contacterons dans les plus brefs délais.

Veuillez noter que si vous créez un compte, un enregistrement des commandes passées est disponible. De là, vous pouvez également télécharger automatiquement vos factures.

Ordering your dishes with wok2snack is easy and convenient. If you have any questions please contact us anytime.

How to order

1. visit our menu page at https://wok2snack.com/our-menu/
2. • Click on “ajouter au panier”, visible on the image of each dish to add a single dish quickly to your shopping cart.

   Or, if you wish to order the same dish more than once:

   • Click on the name of the dish that you would like to order; you will be taken to the webpage of the dish that you have selected. Here you can select the quantity of dishes. Click on “ajouter au panier” when you are ready. You can now return to the menu page to add additional dishes or you can complete your order.
3. To complete your order click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the screen. For mobile devices, you can also click on the shopping cart button at the bottom of the screen or there is a link to the “panier (shopping cart)” in the mobile menu. Here you can check your order, you can change the quantity or remove dishes from your order. When ready you can confirm you order by clicking on the “valider la commande” button.
4. On the final page you enter your personal details, date and time for pickup and method of payment. You can also create an account so your personal details are stored for future orders. When this information is completed, click on the “commander” button.
5. Your order is now complete. You should see a confirmation number on your screen and you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not see your confirmation e-mail please check your spam box.
6. In case there is a problem with your order we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Payment is by cash or cheque on pickup

How to manage your account

There is no need to enter your address details each time you place an order If you create an account on the Wok 2 Snack website.

If you do not yet have an account with Wok 2 Snack, we invite you to open an account now! You can do so by following this link.

From your account page a record of all past orders is available, you can change your password, your contact and invoice address and you can download all past invoices from the details page of each individual order (see screenshot below).

If you have lost the password for your account, please use this link and follow the instructions.
